Almost everyone wants to improve their situation once January 1st rolls around. I can not blame them, what better day to start a new habit or start the first day of the first month of the new year?
This year, I want to share with you an idea that many of you have ever thought when coming up with your "resolution" great (I love that word - or the idea, but that's another topic for another day ).
I was reading a blog from one of my favorite writers fitness Nate Green "Evolve and master: 6 ways to become a better man in 2013" and the number 1 on the list of hit me in the face:
"Being selfish"
I love you, I saw, and I feel a little bad about it.
But not about me, about you - my clients, friends and family - you! I like to think that I surround myself with some of the best, the brightest, the kindest and most compassionate people on earth. This is true, and not by chance. We are the product of those around us and I can honestly say that the reason I love my life as I do.
Hey, if I have not said before - THANKS :)
Copy-of-awesome
Having said all these nice things, sweet around you, now I have a major stress that almost all of you default la fitness fees, you worry too much about other people and other things like work and too often put you second. It's a shame la fitness fees.
I'll fly the analogy of Nate on the pre-flight instructions we hear every time I get on an airplane: "If the cabin should lose air pressure, oxygen masks dropped from the overhead compartment secure your mask before la fitness fees. assist other passengers who may need help la fitness fees. "
How can you expect to help others if la fitness fees you have trouble yourself?
I'm not saying to stop cooking dinner for their children, or stop taking your dog for a walk la fitness fees, or blow your morning meeting at work la fitness fees. I'm just saying maybe it's time to plan a little care for you!
Schedule your la fitness fees workouts several times a week and do anything, do not miss the training. Set aside some time to sleep or time to sit down with your favorite book and the starting area well deserved. Say no to invitations to events la fitness fees, meetings or gatherings that you really do not want or need to go la fitness fees.
Look out for # 1 in 2013 and I have no doubt that the rest of the pieces will be very well set up too. You will be happier la fitness fees, healthier and more pleasant to be around, how can you not make your loved ones who appreciate more than you probably already do la fitness fees?
